Information & Confirmation Packet
The 2011 Camp Hitaga confirmation packet includes forms the camper and his/her parents
need to complete and information the they need to know before arriving at Camp Hitaga.
Life at Camp gives information on the Trading Post, Horseback Riding and Our Staff.
Camper Information Sheet and Parent Information Sheet - Both completed forms need to be sent to Camp Hitaga, 5551 Hitaga Road, Walker, IA 52352 three weeks before check in day.
Medical Information Form must be completed and sent to Camp Hitaga at least three weeks before the camper’s session begins. A doctor’s signature is not required.
Health Care at Camp includes information on Health Care, Refund Policy and Visitor Information.
Camper Behavior and Code of Conduct must be read and signed by each camper. This form may be brought to camp on check-in day.
Permission for Horseback Riding at Camp Hitaga is a form that must be completed by the camper’s parent or guardian before a camper may ride a horse.
What to Bring is a list of suggested items the camper should bring to summer camp.
Getting to Camp gives times of arrival and departure as well as directions.
